For the space of a few months, the MUDO-Musée de l'Oise has invited the Musée des Beaux-arts de Dunkerque to bring together these two major collections from the Hauts-de-France region around a universal and polysemous theme: great stories.
Through a thematic itinerary spanning several centuries of creation, the exhibition invites visitors to encounter these great narratives and explore their motivations and purposes. An invitation to discover (or rediscover) history painting, as well as the departmental collections and several masterpieces from the Dunkirk institution?
