Come and discover the forest of Hez-Froidmont with a Cycling Instructor (MCF) by reservation! Solène offers guided hikes and mountain bike tours. Several more or less sporty tourist circuits are available on request!
To have more insurance on your bike, you can also benefit from an initiation and/or improvement course in mountain biking and mountain bike Trial by Solène, your mountain bike coach; she is vice-champion of France.
... No more excuses, there are even 100% girls' courses.

From September 2019
- "Tous à Vélo" on Tuesday mornings: mountain bike/ mountain bike for the over 55s. Supervised outing, 5€ per session or 35€ for 10 sessions. Location: La Neuville-en-Hez at 9am, come with a medical certificate, sports practice for seniors
- "Tous à vélo" on Wednesday evenings: Mountain bike/VTC for women, supervised outing, 5€ per session or 35€ for 10 sessions. Place: La Neuville-en-Hez at 6.30pm

Courses for young people will be organised during school holidays, by reservation.
