Take a deep breath and observe the work in front of you! The sophrologist accompanies you to rediscover a state of well-being in a privileged and intimate moment. Each session allows you to discover the museum?s works in a different way, while refocusing on your own emotions. Contemplation, relaxation and sensory experience are the watchwords of this off-the-beaten-track activity!
