Parc du Château de Troissereux

Designed by Bernard Palissy in the 16? century, it still features trees from the period, such as the Oriental plane trees, which are classified as "arbres remarquables de France". In "La recette véritable", Bernard Palissy describes the "delectable garden" he designed at Troissereux. The park was designed to drain the marshes around the château. Even today, in the event of heavy rain, the château and park are the only places in the village that are not flooded. The park also features bald cypress trees brought back from the Americas by the 18th-century Marquis de Lafayette during his expedition with the Hermione.
