Le Bois des coutumes à Allonne

Close to Beauvais, this exceptional site features a dry moorland and sandy grassland environment that is extremely rare in the Picardie region and unique in the Beauvaisis area. Only 4 hectares of open land remain on the site. The rest is occupied by oak, hornbeam and chestnut forests on the plateau, and ash and maple on the slopes.
