Beauvais en Selle !

As part of the national Mai à vélo operation, the Agglomération du Beauvaisis and the Bureau Prévention Routière de la Ville de Beauvais are organizing a major bicycle festival in the Parc Marcel-Dassault on the weekend of May 17 and 18. The festival will feature shows, activities, workshops and fun rides to celebrate cycling with the whole family!

SATURDAY MAY 17
10 a.m. to 6 p.m., Parc Marcel-Dassault
The City of Beauvais?s Road Safety Office team and its partners are offering activities and an outing for families.

On the program
>> Fun and educational courses (handling and road safety), children?s bike track, adapted bikes, bike-ride, introduction to bike repair, BMX track, electrified bike test workshop, funny bikes, face painting workshop, bike smoothie, "draw me your bike" workshop for children?
>> From 11:30 a.m., on-site catering with a choice of Italian cuisine or savory crêpes.
>> At 11:30 am and 4 pm, "Tricycle" show combining acrobatic bikes and unicycles.
>> At 2:30 pm, a bike ride for families, "En ville à vélo", lasting approx. 1? hours
>> At 5pm, musical entertainment by La Bande de Beauvais.

SUNDAY, MAY 18
10 a.m. to 5 p.m., departing from Parc Marcel-Dassault
>> 10 am, family bike ride
>> 10 am and 2 pm, trike rides on the Trans'Oise, open to people with reduced mobility.
