Welcome to our home
The Maladrerie Saint-Lazare is a unique example in France of 12th and 13th century hospital architecture. Unique in its kind by the richness of its construction, this jewel of heritage has kept its three distinct parts: to the north the farm, in the center the religious dwelling and the Romanesque chapel and to the south the enclosure of the patients. From spring on, visitors can also stroll through the alleys of the medieval-inspired garden. In fine weather, the conviviality and magic of the place contribute to the charms of the always festive and family events such as the festival of street arts Malices et Merveilles, (3rd weekend of August) or for the amateurs of gardens, the Days of plants (2nd weekend of September). Free entrance except during the plant days. From 01/10 to 31/03 open on Wednesdays from 11am to 5pm: - Group visits for the general public: information and reservations at the Tourist Office 03 44 15 30 30. - Visits and mediation for school groups and leisure activities: information and reservations at Ville D'Art et d'Histoire 03 44 15 67 00 Program available on www.maladrerie.fr
